In the Spirit of Christmas giving, the charitable purpose of this year’s event is to again, as last year, donate 100% of net ticket sales profit to Hospice of Holmes County and The Love Center Food Pantry in Millersburg. Additionally, we hope that as you tour our inns, you will become more aware of Amish Country’s warm hospitality as well as be inspired by the many fine lodging accommodations available for your next stay in Amish Country.

Hospice of Holmes County began as a grass roots effort by community members in 1984 with the goal of providing compassionate care to the terminally ill and their families. With the continuing support of the community, Hospice Staff and Volunteers have provided support to nearly 1,500 families, allowing their loved ones to remain in the comfort of their own homes or familiar surroundings during an end stage illness and making every day of their life count.

The Love Center Food Pantry got its start in 1986. From its small beginning in a corner of the church, to the present 4,500 square foot facility in Gateway Fellowship's Friends for Friends Community Resource Center, the Love Center continues to offer much needed food to over 1,100 Holmes County families each year. Along with food, we are now able to distribute diapers through our Baby Love Diaper Bank.
